BC.Game carries a cited payout delay flag: The heaviest documented payout record we track: on 12 Nov 2024 the Curaçao Joint Court declared BC.Game operator Small House B.V. BANKRUPT over $2M+ in unpaid player winnings (previous owner BlockDance B.V. was embroiled in the same case, incl. a $10,948 single-player claim). BC.Game disputed the ruling and pledged an appeal, then announced on 5 Dec 2024 it was withdrawing its Curaçao licence. Player reports of withdrawal delays and KYC holds continue into 2026; casino.guru Safety Index 6.9 "Above average" (2026-07-20) with documented restricted-account complaints.

Because the house edge in the formula is a fixed notional 1% rather than the real edge of the game, your BC.Game rakeback is about 0.2% of everything you wager no matter what you play. Low-edge dice and high-edge slots return the same. That cuts both ways: it is unusually predictable, and it also means you cannot improve it by game selection the way you can everywhere else. The VIP ladder barely matters either: the unlock rate runs 20% at VIP 0 to 7, 21% at 8 to 37, 22% at 38 to 69, 23% at SVIP 1 to 15 and 24% at SVIP 16 and above, so grinding all 69 standard levels moves you from 0.20% to 0.22% of turnover. XP never decreases, so progress is at least permanent. A separate loyalty cashback of 1% to 5% exists but BC.Game does not publish it per tier, so it is not quantified here.
Not a cashback programme: BC.Game pays rakeback as wagered x 1% x an unlock rate of 20% to 24% by VIP tier. Because that 1% house edge is notional rather than the real game edge, it works out at a flat 0.20% of turnover at entry, and all 69 VIP levels only lift it to 0.22%. Re-checked 2026-08-14, and this is the entry most likely to change: a weekly cashback of up to 25% on net losses paid on Mondays now circulates, which would qualify on basis, but it appears on third-party pages only, with no entry rate, no ladder, and availability said to depend on country and tier. Both bc.game and its help subdomain returned HTTP 403 to us, so we could not read the promotions page. Until we can, there is no rate here to compute with. This also supersedes the older "1% to 5% loyalty cashback" figure we used to cite, which we can no longer confirm anywhere.
Caveats on this record
The bankruptcy ruling, the $2M+ unpaid-winnings finding and the Curaçao licence withdrawal are multi-source verified (court reporting, 2026-07-10), that is the payout story here, whatever the current corporate entity claims. UPDATE 2026-07-20: casino.guru now shows the operator restructured to Twocent Technology Limited (Belize) under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1 ("Verified"), and the Curaçao authority quietly removed Small House B.V. from its revoked-licence list (Sept 2025); no court reversal of the Nov-2024 bankruptcy was found. Operational figures (mins/networks/fees) remain aggregator-sourced; the €10k/mo unverified-account cap traces to ToS §8.6. Treat any large balance at BC.Game as at-risk until withdrawn.
