Something went wrong? Put it on the record.
If a casino has not paid you, is holding your money behind verification, has voided a balance or has stopped answering, this is where to report it. Every submission is read by a person. Nothing is published automatically, nothing is published as established fact, and your name is never published at all. Of the 32 operators RAW tracks, 9 already carry documented payout delay records from cited public sources (latest read 2026-09-02), and those records exist because someone documented them. This is how the next one gets documented.
This is a form and not a forum, on purpose. Everything on this site carries a source and a date, and an unchecked accusation cannot. A complaint becomes publishable once it has been checked and the casino has had a chance to answer.
What happens to what you send
- A human reads it. Not a filter, not a queue that auto-publishes.
- We check what is checkable. Terms, published clauses, transaction records and public complaint boards. Some complaints turn out to be a term the operator did publish, and we will tell you that plainly rather than print it as wrongdoing.
- The casino gets a right of reply where you allowed it. Their answer is published alongside anything we publish, including a refusal to answer.
- Only then does anything reach a page, anonymised, with the date and the source. If it does not stand up, it stays in the ledger and off the site.
What we will not do
- Publish your name, your alias or your email. The email is hashed in your browser and we never receive it.
- Print an allegation as an established fact because it was submitted confidently.
- Delete a complaint from the ledger because the casino asked us to.
- Ask you for a password, a card number, a seed phrase or a full identity document. Nobody legitimate will.
Report it
Complaint intake opens at launch. When it does, complaints are read by a human, never published automatically, and never published as fact before the casino has had a right of reply.
Common questions
Will my complaint be published?
Not automatically, and not as an accusation. A human reads every submission. What can reach a page is the checkable part: that a complaint of a given type exists against an operator, and where you consented and the record stands up, an anonymised summary. We do not publish an allegation as established fact, and we do not publish your name or alias at all.
Why a form and not a forum?
A forum publishes unproven allegations about real companies the second they are typed, which is a legal exposure for us and for you, and it contradicts the one thing this site is for. Everything published here carries a source and a date. A complaint becomes publishable when it has been checked and the operator has had a chance to answer, and that process needs structure a message board cannot give it.
Do you tell the casino who complained?
Only if you ticked the box allowing us to put it to them, and even then we pass the substance rather than your identity. Be aware that a detailed account can let an operator work out which account it is: that is why the consent is a separate, unticked box rather than something buried in terms.
What do you do with my email address?
We never receive it. Your browser hashes it before submission and only the hash is stored, so we can tell that two complaints came from the same person and we cannot email you, sell it, or hand it over. If you want a reply, say so in the body and give a contact method you are comfortable with.
What happens if my complaint does not stand up?
It stays in the ledger and off the site, and we will tell you why. Some complaints turn out to describe a term the operator did publish, in which case the useful answer is where that term is written rather than an accusation. That is still worth submitting: a clause that catches people repeatedly is itself a finding, and several of the things this site documents started that way.
What if my casino is not on your list?
Submit it anyway and name it in the free-text box. RAW tracks a fixed set of operators today, and a complaint about one we do not cover is a reason to look at it. Several of the operators tracked now arrived exactly that way.
If you are an operator reading this
The way to come out of a complaint well is to answer it. Respond to the substance, fix the cause, and ask for a re-evaluation: they are free every 3 months and the criteria are public on the method page so you can fix what a review found without asking us first. Operators whose record has measurably improved on a second read are on the Redemption Wall. Full terms on the operators page.
