A review on this site is not a life sentence and it is not a trophy. These are the 8 occasions a second read changed what RAW publishes about a tracked operator: 4 where the record improved and 4 where it got worse, each with the value before, the value after, and the source that moved it (newest read 2026-09-02). The only thing that puts an entry here is a dated read changing a typed field, and the only thing that changes an entry is the next dated read, which supersedes the last.

Recovered from a 7.2 low. The delay flag was NOT retired by the recovery: two five-figure 2026 complaints (EUR 30,113 and USD 4,391) remain open and unanswered, so the record improved without the open cases closing. Both facts are published on the operator's page.

A 341,700 USDT withdrawal complaint filed 2026-08-04 carries the verdict "No reaction" from the operator. This is the largest single fall RAW has recorded on a tracked operator.

KatsuBet: Cashback programme improved
Improved on disclosure and rate floor (entry 5% daily beats 3% weekly, and the numbers now come from the operator's own promotions page rather than an aggregator), with one step back recorded honestly: what decides your rung lives in the bonus terms, so the programme is no longer rated computable. Like the BC.Game entry, this is partly a correction to RAW: the retired animal-tier ladder had never been operator-confirmed.

Mirax: Cashback basis disclosure improved

Gamdom: Rakeback rate disclosure worsened
A disclosure regression rather than a rate cut we can measure: the restructure may pay any given player more or less, but nobody outside Gamdom can verify which, because the numbers left the page. The only figure still published is a 15% instant-rakeback boost gated on entering an affiliate code and expiring after 7 days. The operator page was read via a Canada exit because gamdom.com geoblocks our usual vantage.

BC.Game: Withdrawal minimum and fee policy worsened
Not necessarily a change at the operator: the previous figures came from aggregators and had never been confirmed on an operator page. Reading the operator's own guidebook replaced both. This entry is a correction to RAW as much as a downgrade to BC.Game, and it is on the wall for that reason.

KatsuBet: Withdrawal fee policy worsened
The operator FAQ still says network fees only on a compliant withdrawal, but its terms section 10 reserves a 10% charge where deposits are not wagered 3 times, or 10 times on table and live games. Both statements are the operator's own, and the stricter one governs.

Does an improved record clear an open complaint?
No, and the page shows a live example of exactly that. Duelbits recovered a full point of safety index while two five-figure complaints stayed open and unanswered, so both facts are published side by side. A recovered score is not a resolved case, and this site never lets one stand in for the other.
Why publish the operators who got worse?
Because a page that only listed improvements would be a marketing asset rather than a record, and every operator on the improved side would be worth less for it. Movement is only credible when it runs both ways. One entry here is also a correction to us rather than a downgrade to the operator, and it is labelled as such.
