BetPanda: what we can verify
BetPanda states in its own terms that withdrawals are processed varies, does not disclose its fee policy, pays computable weekly cashback up to 10% (verified from its own pages and cited records, last read 2026-08-17).
We have recorded no community payout flag for BetPanda, which means we found no credible corroborated record either way; absence of a flag is not an endorsement.
The record
| What we track | Value | Status | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stated payout window | varies | verified | 2026-08-17 |
| Fee policy | undisclosed: No withdrawal fee is stated in the help centre articles on minimum amounts or on cancelling a withdrawal (read 2026-08-17). The terms page could not be read: betpanda.io now 301-redirects to betpandacasino.io, and that terms URL returns an image reference with no readable text at all. Recorded as undisclosed rather than zero. | verified | 2026-08-17 |
| KYC gate as stated | Operator help centre, read 2026-08-17, verbatim: verification is 'generally not required to play', and 'In certain cases, we may request identity verification to ensure the security of your account and keep the platform safe for everyone.' No monetary threshold and no pre-withdrawal requirement is published. | verified | 2026-08-17 |
| Minimum withdrawal (approx) | 10 USD: Operator help centre, read 2026-08-17, verbatim: 'The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 10.' Note the currency: the clause is denominated in EUR, so the stored figure is the EUR number and not a converted one. The same article states 'You can only withdraw in the same cryptocurrency as you used to deposit funds.' | verified | 2026-08-17 |
| Cashback (top tier) | 10% weekly | verified | 2026-08-14 |
RAW Score v0: 5.3 of 10
The score is a weighted summary of the record above, computed at build time by a published formula over typed dataset fields. Payment is not an input and there is no hand-set number anywhere in it. It is capped at 9: no operator can score 10 until we can measure payouts ourselves and hold a complaint ledger, so the score says what it cannot see. The full definition, weights and caps are on the method page.
| Axis | Score | Weight | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it publishes | 4/10 | 0.25 | publishes: minimum withdrawal, operating entity and licence · will not tell you: fee policy, withdrawal ceiling, no-KYC ceiling |
| What its terms commit to | 0/10 | 0.2 | stated window varies: 0/10 (a stated window is a promise, not a measured time) · fee policy undisclosed: an unpublished policy commits to nothing, 0/10 |
| What the record shows | 7/10 | 0.4 | no community payout flag on record: base 7/10, absence of a flag is not an endorsement |
| How fresh the read is | 10/10 | 0.15 | payout record read 2026-08-17, 15 days before the 2026-09-01 snapshot: 10/10 |
This is the cleanest programme in the dataset and the only one where the operator states, in its own words, all three of the things that usually go missing: the basis is net losses, the credit is real money, and there is no wagering on it. The honest catches are smaller. You need 12,500 XP before the feature exists at all, so a new account gets nothing. Nobody publishes whether the rate rises above the Panda Cub level, so we show the one flat rate rather than implying a ladder. And a EUR 20,000 cap plus a 50-bet weekly minimum appear on the operator blog but not in the help-centre terms, so we have left both out rather than enforce a number the terms do not carry.
What we refuse to say
We do not state a licence for BetPanda, because we have not independently verified one. Absence of a claim is not a claim of absence.
Caveats on this record
The minimum, the same-coin rule and the KYC wording are operator-verified verbatim from the help centre on 2026-08-17. A 1x wagering gate before withdrawal is also published: 'Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal' and 'Only wagered funds can be withdrawn.' Caps, fees and processing time are all unknown because the terms document is unreadable, so confidence is medium rather than high: the help centre is an operator source but it is not the binding document.
