Chips.gg: what we can verify
Chips.gg states in its own terms that withdrawals are processed instant, does not disclose its fee policy, publishes a no-KYC withdrawal ceiling of 2,000 USD (verified from its own pages and cited records, last read 2026-08-14).
Community reports on Chips.gg payouts are mixed: casino.guru Safety Index 6.7, "Above average", 1,520 black points (read live 2026-08-14). Two withdrawal cases: 1,800 USDC switched off at account level (Canada, closed as player stopped responding) and a $250 test withdrawal denied as "temporarily disabled" (Singapore, resolved, though that thread was later made private at the player's request so the reasoning is no longer readable).

Not a cashback programme: its own help centre states that rakeback "is calculated based on the house edge of the game and your bet amount", which is turnover, not losses. Chips.gg does separately pay a "Lossback, which includes a portion of your net losses from the past 28 days" inside its VIP weekly bonus, and that would qualify on basis, but the same article says "The exact calculation formula is not publicly shared", so there is no percentage to compute with.

We do not state a licence for Chips.gg, because we have not independently verified one. Absence of a claim is not a claim of absence.
Caveats on this record
The KYC threshold, coins, chains, instant-dispatch mechanics and the 2FA gate are operator-verified via help.chips.gg. ToS 5.3 is quoted inside that operator help article because chips.gg/terms itself is client-rendered and unreadable, so the clause is operator-sourced at one remove. The fee position is genuinely contradictory on the operator's own page and must never be rendered as "no fees". Minimum and cap are not published anywhere reachable.
