Duelbits: what we can verify
Duelbits states in its own terms that withdrawals are processed instant, passes on only the blockchain network fee, publishes a no-KYC withdrawal ceiling of 2,200 USD, pays rakeback of 10% instant, up to 25% across four claim types (verified from its own pages and cited records, last read 2026-08-31).
Duelbits carries a cited payout delay flag: casino.guru Safety Index 8.2 "High" (re-read 2026-08-31, recovered from a 7.2 low on 2026-07-20). Aggregate 72 complaints, 47 rejected as holds-for-cause (geo/VPN breach, falsified docs, multi-accounting); two five-figure 2026 cases (€30,113 mpet, $4,391 madsl132) remain the persistent open threads, plus fresh delay reports still landing weekly, so the delay flag stays.

RAW Score v0: 4.9 of 10
The score is a weighted summary of the record above, computed at build time by a published formula over typed dataset fields. Payment is not an input and there is no hand-set number anywhere in it. It is capped at 9: no operator can score 10 until we can measure payouts ourselves and hold a complaint ledger, so the score says what it cannot see. The full definition, weights and caps are on the method page.
capped at 4.9: an operator with a cited delay record cannot score above 4.9, whatever it publishes
| Axis | Score | Weight | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it publishes | 10/10 | 0.25 | publishes: fee policy, minimum withdrawal, withdrawal ceiling, no-KYC ceiling, operating entity and licence · all five facts published |
| What its terms commit to | 8.5/10 | 0.2 | stated window instant: 10/10 (a stated window is a promise, not a measured time) · fee policy network-only: 7/10 |
| What the record shows | 0/10 | 0.4 | cited payout delay flag: base 0/10, and the delay cap applies |
| How fresh the read is | 10/10 | 0.15 | payout record read 2026-08-31, 1 day before the 2026-09-01 snapshot: 10/10 |
The operator's own rakeback guide publishes a headline its own arithmetic does not reach (read 2026-08-16). One paragraph says the four reward types 'can reach up to 47.5% of the house edge'. Another itemises the same four types at 'up to 25%': 10% Instant plus a flat 5% each for Daily, Weekly and Monthly. The only other percentage the page publishes is the level-up milestone bonus, 'starting at 5% at Rookie and climbing to 12.5% at the top Duelbits tier'. Add the maximum milestone bonus to all four reward types and the page's own figures reach 37.5%, still 10 points short of the 47.5% headline. The page never states the Monthly Bits rate on its own, and never explains whether milestone bonuses are additive to the rakeback percentage at all. 25% is the only ceiling the page substantiates.
What we refuse to say
We do not quote a cashback value for Duelbits, because no computable programme is in our dataset.
Caveats on this record
Do NOT present "instant" unhedged. Cash-out is crypto-only. The $2,200 trigger is cumulative (deposits count too) and overridable. The two open casino.guru threads (€30k + $4.4k) are still unresolved.
