Metaspins: what we can verify
Metaspins states in its own terms that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, does not disclose its fee policy (verified from its own pages and cited records, last read 2026-08-31).
Metaspins carries a cited payout delay flag: Documented LCB complaint: a $9,500 BTC withdrawal cancelled ~10 min in via KYC + a multi-accounting accusation (resolved against the player). A Dama-network pattern.
The record
| What we track | Value | Status | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stated payout window | within 24 hours | verified | 2026-08-31 |
| Fee policy | undisclosed: Marketing says "zero fees" but T&C §12.2 (verified 2026-08-03) states withdrawals "can incur charges depending on the method selected", with no published schedule, so the fee is undisclosed, not network-only. Blockchain network fees apply on top. | verified | 2026-08-31 |
| KYC gate as stated | No upfront KYC; ID is triggered at the operator’s discretion, the T&C (§9.7) names only "a certain threshold", never a number, and §9.10 gives you 30 days to comply with or at least acknowledge a verification request, after which the account can be suspended/closed and the withdrawal withheld (verified 2026-08-03). | verified | 2026-08-31 |
| Minimum withdrawal (approx) | 20 USD: ~$20 floor, stablecoin-driven (third-party; operator T&C publishes no minimums). Must withdraw in the coin you deposited. | verified | 2026-08-31 |
| Cashback rating | refused | documented | see ledger |
| Community payout record | delays | cited | 2026-08-31 |
RAW Score v0: 3.6 of 10
The score is a weighted summary of the record above, computed at build time by a published formula over typed dataset fields. Payment is not an input and there is no hand-set number anywhere in it. It is capped at 9: no operator can score 10 until we can measure payouts ourselves and hold a complaint ledger, so the score says what it cannot see. The full definition, weights and caps are on the method page.
| Axis | Score | Weight | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it publishes | 6/10 | 0.25 | publishes: minimum withdrawal, withdrawal ceiling, operating entity and licence · will not tell you: fee policy, no-KYC ceiling |
| What its terms commit to | 3/10 | 0.2 | stated window 0-24h: 6/10 (a stated window is a promise, not a measured time) · fee policy undisclosed: an unpublished policy commits to nothing, 0/10 |
| What the record shows | 0/10 | 0.4 | cited payout delay flag: base 0/10, and the delay cap applies · on the refusals ledger: minus 1 |
| How fresh the read is | 10/10 | 0.15 | payout record read 2026-08-31, 1 day before the 2026-09-01 snapshot: 10/10 |
Not a cashback programme, and the coin flip is the smaller half of why. Metaspins publishes a fixed 3% to 15% RAKEBACK ladder on its Level Up page, which is a share of the theoretical house edge rather than of your losses, so it fails the denominator test before any mechanic is considered. The "up to 120%" headline is then that top 15% put through an optional x8 coin flip, so it is the outcome of a gamble rather than a rate. Reason widened 2026-08-14: attacking only the coin flip left us exposed to Metaspins simply dropping it, after which the listing would still not qualify.
Caveats on this record
The KYC-review window, the method-dependent cap clause and the fee-uncertainty are operator-sourced (T&C §9.7/§9.10/§12.2/§12.5, re-verified 2026-08-03; this run corrected the response window from 48h to 30 days and downgraded fees from network-only to undisclosed). All numeric limits remain third-party/null, not operator-confirmed. Re-graded low>medium 2026-07-25 for dataset consistency: provenance matches other medium rows (operator-sourced fees/KYC/caps statements, numeric limits unpublished), and the delay flag + caveat stay on the page.
