Caveats on this record
The documented dispute, both sides on the record: in April 2026 a player reported on Casinomeister that a withdrawal of about 100,000 USD was rejected and the account closed for uncited 'various breaches' after same-day KYC compliance, and that the operator's bonus and promotions section disappeared mid-dispute. In the parallel AskGamblers case the operator presented evidence the account was 'linked conclusively' to other accounts, which AskGamblers accepted, closing that case in the casino's favour. Neither side is independently corroborated, so no community flag is set; T&C 5.3, under which duplicate-account winnings are lost and withdrawn funds can be reclaimed, is the clause such cases turn on. Also worth knowing: 8.14 lets the operator apply 'individual turnover conditions to your game account' on 24 hours notice, only 10 percent of bets in Jackpots, Video Poker, Tables and Live Casino count toward the 1x deposit turnover (8.12), and the licence is stated as Tobique with no licence number published while the governing law is Costa Rica (24.1).
