The 20% headline is level 12 of 12. At entry you get 5%, you need roughly EUR 250 of net loss in the week to qualify at all, and the credit arrives as a bonus carrying x35 wagering, so clearing it is expected to cost more than the credit is worth. The x1 wagering that makes this genuinely good exists only at the top level.
