Shuffle carries a cited payout delay flag: Well-cited casino.guru complaints of KYC-triggered holds (days to weeks) and a reported Oct-2025 data/KYC breach; Safety Index ~4.8.

Shuffle now publishes the number it used to withhold: 5% of the house edge, returned as cash. That is a real improvement in transparency and we have said so, having previously criticised it for publishing an exhaustive VIP ladder while hiding the one figure that decided what any of it was worth. Keep the scale in mind: on a 2% house edge, 5% of the edge is about 0.1% of turnover, so this is a small steady return rather than the headline it can look like. The ladder is XP-based at 1 XP per dollar wagered on casino games and 3 XP per dollar on sports, so sports play climbs three times faster. Silver starts at 10,000 XP, Gold at 100,000, Platinum at 450,000, Jade at 1.2m, Sapphire at 2.3m, Ruby at 5.8m and Diamond at 17m. Perks unlock by rank rather than all at once: instant rakeback, the weekly bonus, the level-up bonus and the rank-up bonus all start at Bronze, but the MONTHLY BONUS and the bonus increase both require Silver 1, a VIP host requires Sapphire, and event invitations require Ruby. Separately, Shuffle reserves the right to cancel any bonus not claimed within the shorter of its claiming period or 60 days, which matters here because these rewards are claimable rather than automatic.
Not a cashback programme: Shuffle pays a share of the house edge on every bet, win or lose, which is rakeback and does not belong on a net-loss axis. Corrected 2026-08-14: Shuffle now DOES publish the percentage, stating on its own help pages that you get "5% of the house edge back as cash". Until today this entry said it declined to publish a percentage at all, which was true when written and is not true now. The exclusion is unchanged, because the basis is the house edge rather than your losses, but the reason it is excluded is the denominator, not secrecy.
Caveats on this record
Fees, the fast-when-clean window and the risk-based KYC clause are operator-confirmed (AML fetched 2026-07-03); the minimum and "no caps" are hedged. Surfaces a notable KYC-delay reputation.
