Caveats on this record
Thrill's help centre article 'About Thrill' says Curacao while the binding terms (clause 1.1) and the site footer both state the Anjouan licence ALSI-202506019-FI1, which the Anjouan register confirms as valid for thrill.com. The terms govern, so the help page is recorded as a contradiction, not as a second licence. Clause 1.1 also misspells the regulator as 'Gaming Board of Anjoan'; published as written. COMPLAINT RECORD READ 2026-09-01: casino.guru lists 6 complaints, ALL rejected, none open or unresolved; the headline disputed sums are large (95,000 USDT account closure, 71,544 USDT self-exclusion case, an A$300,000 responsible-gambling report, $20,000 winnings not received) and the mediator rejected every one. Casinomeister holds no payment-incident thread; a March 2026 thread notes the operator is 'overzealous when it comes to requesting ID' despite its no-KYC image, consistent with the KYC wording above. No corroborated delay or refusal record, so no community flag. Guru's page states Safety Index 8.1 in its header and 8.3 in its prose on the same day (read 2026-09-01). NEVER merge with Thrills.com, a closed Betit-era MGA brand that still dominates search results for the name.
