Against that it hosts a visible cluster of withdrawal-specific complaint threads: withdrawals rejected, repeatedly rejected, cancelled, and delayed. Honest scoping: those thread TITLES were read in search results and not opened, so we cannot say how many resolved in the player's favour. The volume and specificity is why this is "mixed" rather than null, and why it is not "delays".

Two things are not: the community picture rests on unopened thread titles plus two conflicting indices for what may be two entries for the same brand, and the operating entity in the terms (Metlait SRL, Tobique licence 0000064) contradicts the Hollycorn N.V. / Curacao that most third-party pages still report. The Wild Fortune and Spin Samurai terms share a clause template, so a change to one is a reason to re-read the other. The 3x deposit wagering rule at 9.7 applies here too.
