Is Duelbits legit?

Duelbits publishes more of the things that matter at withdrawal time than almost anyone we track, and it also publishes a reward headline its own arithmetic does not reach. On the disclosure side: its terms name the operating entity and licence outright, Liquid Entertainment N.V. under a Curacao licence, it commits to network-only fees, it states no withdrawal ceiling at all, and it publishes a numeric KYC trigger of about 2,200 US dollars, which only 3 of the 32 operators we track do as a number rather than a discretion. Two catches sit against that. The trigger is CUMULATIVE, counting deposits as well as withdrawals, and the same clause reserves verification "at any time and at any threshold", so it is a published number the operator can step around. And its rakeback guide claims the four reward types "can reach up to 47.5% of the house edge" while itemising those same four types at 25%; even adding the maximum level-up milestone bonus the page's own figures reach 37.5%, so 10% instant and 25% combined is the only ceiling it substantiates. The delay record is real and separate from all of it (payout record read 2026-08-31).

We answer from what we could verify on the operator's own pages and in checkable public records, and we say plainly what we could not.

How we know

The operating entity and licence were read live on 2026-08-31 direct from duelbits.com/en/tos, clauses 1.1 and 1.2, on terms dated "Date of last revision: 01/09/2025": Liquid Entertainment N.V., Curacao company registration 153298, CGA licence OGL/2024/1507/0838. Raw held no licence record for this operator before that read. The licence NUMBER was not independently confirmed against the Curacao Gaming Authority register in this run, so we publish it as the operator's own published statement, which is exactly what clause 1.2 is, and not as a register-confirmed fact. The KYC trigger, fee policy and the absence of a stated ceiling come from the payout record re-read on the date shown; we did not personally re-read clause 6.2 this run, and its stored wording carries the trigger as "generally" applying. The 47.5% against 25% discrepancy is arithmetic done on the operator's own published percentages and is shown on our rakeback answer rather than asserted here. The delay flag stands on cited public complaint records, tracked separately from anything the operator states: the casino.guru Safety Index recovered to 8.2 "High" on 2026-08-31 from a 7.2 low, and two five-figure 2026 cases remain open and unanswered, so a recovered index does not retire the flag.

VERIFIED VERBATIM: rakeback splits into four claim types, Instant Bits at '10% of all your wagered house edge', Daily Bits 'a flat 5%', Weekly Bits 'a flat 5%', and Monthly Bits at an unstated rate; sportsbook rakeback 'calculated at 1% of the house edge'; rewards 'paid as cash with no wagering requirements'; 31 Ace's Rewards levels. SOURCED ARITHMETIC GAP, re-examined 2026-08-16 and this is the reason the record is worth publishing. The page states two different ceilings: one paragraph says the four types 'offer a combined return that can reach up to 47.5% of the house edge'; a later paragraph itemises the same four types at 'up to 25%', being '10% through Instant Bits plus a flat 5% each from Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Bits, with additional returns on top from level-up milestone bonuses'. Testing the charitable reading, that 47.5 includes those milestone bonuses: the page prices them at '5% at Rookie' climbing '0.25%' per level to '12.5% at the top Duelbits tier'. 25 plus the maximum 12.5 is 37.5, which is still 10 points below the headline. So the gap does NOT close even on the most generous reading the page itself supports. Two further gaps: the Monthly Bits rate is never stated independently (the page calls it 'yet another percentage'), and the page never says whether milestone bonuses are additive to the rakeback percentage at all, which they would need to be for any such sum to be valid. NO OPERATOR RESPONSE EXISTS: we found no public Duelbits statement addressing the discrepancy as of 2026-08-16, and have not yet requested comment; if we do, the response will be published here. Raw publishes both figures, shows the arithmetic, and names 25% as the only substantiated ceiling. CORRECTION: the previous gotcha about a '50% headline' capped at 50% of the initial deposit does not appear anywhere on this page and its source is unknown, so it is withdrawn. · duelbits.com/en/tos · Read live 2026-08-31 direct from duelbits.com/en/tos, terms dated "Date of last revision: 01/09/2025". Clause 1.1 VERBATIM: the website "is owned and operated by Liquid Entertainment N.V., a company registered in Curacao with Company Registration Number 153298, having its registered office at Pos Cabai Office Park 5, Curacao". Clause 1.2 VERBATIM: "Liquid Entertainment N.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) under License Number OGL/2024/1507/0838, issued in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK)". Raw held NO licence or owner record for this operator before this read. The licence number was not independently confirmed against the CGA register in this run, so it is recorded as the operator's own published statement, which is what clause 1.2 is.
