Is Jacks Club legit?
Jacks Club is the rare operator whose terms read better the closer you look, with two exceptions worth knowing before you play. The operator is Spades Limited, Costa Rica registration 3-102-920955, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202507028-FI2, confirmed on the Anjouan public register the same day we read the terms, status valid, expiry 2027-07-14 (read 2026-09-01). It commits to charging no fee for withdrawals today, while reserving the right to charge one in the future with notice, and it publishes no withdrawal ceiling. It commits to no processing window: withdrawals "may take up to 72 hours" in some cases while coins move from cold storage. The two exceptions: third-party games carry a per-bet profit cap, "any winnings exceeding 300,000 USD will not be honored", and KYC can be demanded at any time "or for any other reason in Jacks Club's sole discretion", with withdrawals held under a strict anti-coin-mixing policy until refund or full KYC. How we know
Everything above was read live on 2026-09-01 direct from jacksclub.io/legal/terms-of-service, on terms marked "Last Updated: July 13, 2026", and the licence was confirmed the same day on the Anjouan Gaming public register: ALSI-202507028-FI2, status valid, type b2c, issued 2025-07-15, expiry 2027-07-14, licensed domain jacksclub.io. One naming wrinkle recorded as written: the site footer names Spades Limited, the register lists Spades Limitada (the Costa Rican company form), and the terms body calls the counterparty simply Jacks Club. Same registration trail, three spellings. The 300,000 USD figure is a per-bet profit cap on third-party games, not a withdrawal ceiling, which is why the ceiling row above says none published; conflating those two would make the record look worse than the clause says. The fee commitment carries its own future-reservation sentence, quoted in full in the payout record. No complaint-record read has been done for this operator yet, so the missing community flag means unresearched, not clean.
