On the published side: its terms name the operator outright, Scores55 Tech B.V. under a Curacao licence, the same entity and licence number that run KatsuBet and Mirax, and it states real ceilings of 3 BTC a week and 10 BTC a month with larger wins paid in 10 installments, a roughly 10 US dollar minimum, and a numeric KYC trigger at any payout above 1 BTC, which is a disclosure most operators refuse to make. On the undisclosed side: the terms reserve a transaction-processing fee where wagering since the last deposit is below 3 times that deposit, without publishing the amount, so we class the fee policy as undisclosed rather than free. Its "less than 15 minutes on average" speed claim is approval time, not settlement, and its community record is mixed rather than clean (licence read 2026-08-31, payout record read 2026-08-24).

The same-day reads of katsubet.com and miraxcasino.com carry the identical entity and licence number, so the three brands are one operator group and we say so on all three pages. One naming wrinkle we record rather than resolve: mBit's terms attribute that licence to the "Curacao Gaming Control Board" while its sister sites say "Curacao Gaming Authority" for the same number; all three agree on the number and jurisdiction, which is what we publish. The licence number was not independently confirmed against the Curacao register. The conditional-fee reading supersedes an earlier "no casino fees" reading of clause 10.3, which was wrong and is recorded as corrected in the payout record's own history.
