Is Shuffle legit?
Shuffle's published terms commit to processing withdrawals within 24 hours with network-only fees, and it pays 5% of house edge, paid as cash (read 2026-08-14). The caution is documented, not vibes: its AML policy reserves risk-based KYC with an explicitly unnumbered trigger, and there are well-cited complaints of KYC-triggered holds running days to weeks, plus a reported October 2025 data breach (payout record read 2026-08-15). Stated speed and documented holds are both true at once; that is exactly why we track them separately.
We answer from what we could verify on the operator's own pages and in checkable public records, and we say plainly what we could not.
The evidence
| What we track | Value | Status | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Licence (jurisdiction) | Curaçao | verified | 2026-08-24 |
| Operating entity | Natural Nine B.V. | verified | 2026-08-24 |
| Stated payout window | within 24 hours | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| Fee policy | network-only | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| Minimum withdrawal | 5 USD equivalent | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| Withdrawal ceiling | No caps confirmable from operator T&Cs (reviews say none). | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| KYC gate, as the operator states it | Risk-based with an explicitly unnumbered threshold, AML policy: withdrawals may be suspended for due diligence "once that account has reached a withdrawal threshold dependent on the account's risk characterisation… assessed according to Shuffle's sole discretion." | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| Published no-KYC ceiling | none published, so the trigger is discretionary | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| Confiscation clause | ToS 7.4 with 12.1, triggered by Concealing your true location, including via VPN or proxy, or giving misleading residence information: Account closed or suspended, funds deducted, relationship ended, or legal action | verified | 2026-08-15 |
| Rakeback | 5% of house edge, paid as cash | verified | 2026-08-14 |
| Cashback rating | Refused. Not a cashback programme: Shuffle pays a share of the house edge on every bet, win or lose, which is rakeback and does not belong on a net-loss axis. Corrected 2026-08-14: Shuffle now DOES publish the percentage, stating on its own help pages that you get "5% of the house edge back as cash". Until today this entry said it declined to publish a percentage at all, which was true when written and is not true now. The exclusion is unchanged, because the basis is the house edge rather than your losses, but the reason it is excluded is the denominator, not secrecy. | documented | - |

How we know
The stated window, fees and AML wording are operator-confirmed from Shuffle's own pages. The KYC-hold complaints and the breach report are cited community records, tracked independently of the operator's claims.
